Primary 1 - 3 ( 7 - 9 years old)
*P3 can only attend till Term 2.

WHAT TO PREPARE?:
Sports attire, water bottles & arrive at venue at least 10 minutes before session commences.

Beginners
- Introduction to the Court Layouts
- Basic Basketball Rules (Physical Contact Fouls)
- Basic Movement & Posture (Defensive Stance, Defensive Slides, Close-Out & Triple-Threat)
- Basic Ball Handling Drills - Basic Basketball Footwork (Jumpstop & Pivoting)
- Basic Passing (Bounce, Chest & Overhead Pass)
- Basic Scoring (Master Hand Layup & Proper Shooting Stroke)
Intermediate
- Defensive Skills and Concepts (Close-out, Drop Step & Weak-side help)
- Ball Handling (Speed Dribble, Crossover, Body Turn, Behind The Back, Retreat Dribble)
- Footwork (pivoting under pressure)
- Scoring Drills (Euro step, power layup, spin move finishing)
- Conditioning workout
