Dear Parents,

Exciting news! We have finalized the official dates for our December 2026 international basketball experience! SG Basketball will be traveling to San Francisco/Oakland from 21 to 30 December 2026 for an elite training camp with the official GSW Academy.

With the official holiday home schedule locked in, our delegation will experience THREE (3) live NBA home games (including the 🎄Christmas Special vs Denver Nuggets) at the spectacular Chase Center in addition to world-class player development!

• Confirmed Dates: 21 December - 30 December 2026 (10 Days / 9 Nights)

• Elite Training: 4-day elite training camp hosted by official GSW Academy coaches and 1 clinic at Chase Center

• Triple NBA Game Experience: Tickets included to 3 live Golden State Warriors home games at Chase Center

🏨 Hotel

• Accommodation: 9 nights twin-sharing / triple sharing at the premium Oakland Marriott City Center, centrally located for training and stadium transfers.

✈️ "Land-only" Flexibility

• Use Your Miles: Parents can freely utilize frequent flyer miles (e.g., KrisFlyer) or credit card points to book flights.

• Flexible Travel: Choose your preferred flight times, seats or cabin class, or extend your stay in the US for a family holiday.

• Staff Supervision: Full travel logistics and direct flights for accompanying SG Basketball staff are covered within the camper program fee.

🚗 On-ground Transportation

Our group will utilize centralized Uber Ride-Pooling for seamless, direct transfers between airport, hotel, training venues, and Chase Center.

Official group transfers are fully provided for all scheduled itinerary items: SFO Airport roundtrip transfers, GSW Academy training sessions, and 3 Chase Center NBA games. Personal transportation during designated free/leisure periods is self-funded.

Prices are twin-sharing based, inclusive of our trip management margin, taxes, ground transport allowances, 3 NBA game tickets, and coaching overheads.

👨‍👩‍👦 Family Member: From SGD 2,388 onwards

1. Single Family Member Rate: SGD 2,488 (Twin-sharing basis)

2. Family of 3 Pack (1 Camper + 2 Family Members in 1 Triple Room): SGD 9,164 (SGD 4,388 + 2 × SGD 2,388 — offering an SGD 100 "Triple-Share Discount" per family member while you pocket extra hotel room savings!)

💡 Tiered Rebates: Pricing is based on a baseline of 10 players. If enrollment reaches 15 active campers, one-time institutional savings of $250 will be credited directly back as a final payment rebate for each camper.

🔒 Payment Milestone Schedule

Participants can choose to make payment in these two forms:

1. ⚡Pay-In-Full Early Bird Special (Payment by 30 August)
Settle your trip balance in full by 30 August 2026 to enjoy an instant early-bird discount:

• Active Camper: Pay SGD 4,288 (Save SGD 200)

• Family Member: Pay SGD 2,388 (Save SGD 100)

• Family of 3 Package: Pay SGD 8,888 (Save SGD 576)

  (Note: Early Bird pricing remains fully eligible for the additional SGD 250 Group Cashback Rebate if enrollment hits 15 campers).

2. Milestone Payment based on schedule below:

• Milestone 1: Registration & Logistics Lock (Due 30 Aug 2026)

  • SGD 1,888 per Camper / SGD 1,088 per Family Member

  • Purpose: Secures Oakland Marriott room blocks and locks in coach's flight ticketing.
    

• Milestone 2: GSW Contract & Ticket Lock (Due 20 Sep 2026)

  • SGD 1,688 per Camper / SGD 888 per Family Member

  • Purpose: Finalizes GSW Academy coaching contract and reserves 3 Chase Center NBA match tickets per pax.
    

• Milestone 3: Final Settlement (Due 18 Oct 2026)

  • SGD 912 per Camper / SGD 612 per Family Member

  • Purpose: Covers ground transport budgets, daily breakfast allowances, and final trip setup.

Important Terms & Policies

1. Transportation Scope: Group transport transfers are fully provided for all scheduled official events (SFO Airport roundtrips, GSW training sessions, and 3 NBA games). Personal travel during designated free periods is self-funded.

2. Cancellation Schedule:

   • Cancellations on or before 30 Aug 2026: Full refund minus SGD 150 processing fee.

   • Cancellations from 31 Aug – 20 Sep 2026: Forfeiture of Milestone 1 (committed hotel deposits).

   • Cancellations after 20 Sep 2026: Non-refundable (contracted GSW Academy & ticket issuance). Participant substitutions allowed up to 15 Nov 2026.

After two successful trips in 2018 and 2023, we are back for our third run of Global Experience USA. In 2023, we had the golden opportunity to train at the Warriors’ facility, caught two super exciting comeback games by the Warriors (vs Brooklyn Nets & Boston Celtics) and explored the cities of Oakland and San Francisco.

This year, we look forward to bringing you more excitement and fun!
